Small bottles are filled automatically, and the fill volume is set for each product, so it stays the same bottle after bottle. Whether you're running 10ml samples or 120ml bottles, the dose doesn't drift over the shift. That consistency is what makes a whole batch pass inspection.
Caps are pressed on with even force, so every closure seats the same way. A tight seal keeps the product from leaking or losing its scent, which matters when small bottles sit on shelves for months. You don't want a batch of samples coming back because caps loosened in transit.
Labels are applied straight and in the same spot on every bottle, so the branding lines up across the batch. On a small bottle, a crooked label is the first thing a customer notices. The labeler does its part so the product looks finished, not hand-done.
The machine has a cleaning cycle you start from the touch screen, so you don't take the line apart to flush it. When you switch products, say a different liquid or a different color, cleaning between runs is quick. That's usually the difference between a line that changes over in minutes and one that eats up the afternoon.
This line is designed around your actual samples, so the layout matches the bottles and the filling requirements you bring to us. It covers filling, plugging and capping in one line, in several formats from 10ml to 120ml.

The operator loads empty bottles in, and a gear motor drives them through the sorter. Bottles come out oriented and spaced correctly, so they feed into the filler the right way every time. The output tunnel adjusts to different bottle sizes, so you don't have to change the machine when you switch bottle formats.
Fits multiple bottle specs. One machine handles different filling containers, so you don't need a separate washer for each bottle size. Gets rid of the small stuff. Fine particles, sediment, dust and loose fibers are washed out before filling, so bottles go in clean.
Quick disassembly. The pump is modular and comes apart completely in about 2 minutes with standard tools. No special kits, no calling maintenance. Non-contact fluid path. The liquid only touches TPE tubing, so there's no cross-contamination between products. Switching from one flavor or color to another is a straight tube replacement.
The cap is pressed on with a combination of stamping and vibration actuators, so the force spreads evenly and every cap comes out sealed the same way. It holds to hygiene and sealing standards, which makes it a fit for food, pharmaceutical and industrial packaging lines.
Built for round bottles. The machine is set up around the bottle's actual dimensions and features, so labels sit right on the curve. Batch numbers on the fly. Add a ribbon coder or inkjet printer, and batch numbers are printed as part of the labeling pass, with no separate printing step.
HONOR INDUSTRY has been in the packaging machinery business for 20 years. We run our own overseas sales and service team, R&D, production and QC inspection in-house, and we build each line to the customer's requirements. Over the last 12 years we've completed 90 projects in Europe, North America, Australia and Asia, mainly in food and cosmetics.
Our filling machines handle any liquid, including high-viscosity products. Hot filling is available at temperatures above 180°C with a filling accuracy of ±1%. Each machine is set up around your product, your factory space and your logo, and we can send design drawings within an hour.
Every machine carries a 1-year warranty, and spare parts can reach your factory within 2-3 days. Machines ship in wooden boxes with CE certification, and on-site installation is available. If anything goes wrong, we'll walk you through the fix on a video call with our engineer. Remote technical support works worldwide; all you need is an internet connection.
Our goal is straightforward: keep improving the machines and the service behind them, and act as a partner in your production.
